[China paint information] green source environmental protection industry Co., Ltd. of Dalian University of technology successfully developed a new industrialized nano molecular sieve catalytic material with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and other low-carbon hydrocarbons as raw materials to produce drill benzene with special geometric characteristics Nao forming process of toluene and xylene (BTX) and ultra-low sulfur clean gasoline blending components
The NAO forming process uses a special nano molecular sieve solid acid catalyst, and uses an atmospheric fixed bed reactor to produce aromatics and other products. Under non hydrogen conditions, low-carbon hydrocarbons (such as LPG, condensate, tap oil, raffinate oil and C5 distillate) can be used as raw materials, and selective production can be carried out on the same unit if the pipes are removed. At present, two aromatic hydrocarbons or ultra-low sulfur clean gasoline blending components are common in the marketthis technology does not need to replace the catalyst, the one-way operation cycle is not less than one month, and the service life of the catalyst can reach 2 years. The newly developed molecular sieve catalyst is corrosion-free, pollution-free, and has strong sulfur and nitrogen resistance, which simplifies the process, reduces investment, and operates at atmospheric pressure without using any carrier gas, with high safety in the production process
